2. Licensing and trademarks
All team names, logos, and league marks shown on our products are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under license. Vikings Warehouse is not a sports league or team, and jerseys are sold as officially licensed merchandise.
3. Product information
We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but screens vary and minor differences in color or finish may occur. Sizing follows the chart listed on each product page.
4. Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. A price change will never affect an order that has already been successfully placed.
5. Orders and payment
We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.
6. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation shortly after placing an order. Once an order has entered processing or production, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it — see our Return and Refund Policy instead.
7. Shipping and returns

8. Intellectual property
All original site content — layout, photography, and text not covered by third-party team or league trademarks — belongs to Vikings Warehouse and may not be reused without permission.

Vikings Warehouse is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
