Shipping policy

We ship to the United States and internationally. Because jerseys are prepared and dispatched from our overseas warehouse, please review the timelines below before ordering.

Order processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days of purchase. This excludes weekends and public holidays; processing may take longer during major sale periods.

Shipping time

United States: 10–15 business days after dispatch
International: 15–20 business days after dispatch

In total, expect roughly 15–22 business days from order date to delivery within the US, or 20–27 business days for international orders. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs clearance, local carrier load, weather, and remote addresses can add time.

Shipping fees

Orders over $179 ship free. Orders under $179 are charged a flat shipping fee of $6.95. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Carriers

We ship using YunExpress, Yanwen, and other trusted international logistics partners, selected based on your destination.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take 2–3 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address and cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

Occasional delays can happen due to customs holds, carrier backlogs, severe weather, or peak-season volume. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Lost, missing, or stolen packages

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your building or mail office first, then contact the carrier directly. Once a carrier confirms delivery to the address provided, Vikings Warehouse is not responsible for the package.
