Are your jerseys officially licensed?
Yes. Every jersey we sell is officially licensed — real team crests, league marks, and construction, not replicas.
How long does processing take?
5–7 business days to prepare your order before it ships.
How long does shipping take?
10–15 business days after processing for US orders (about 15–22 business days total), or 15–20 business days after processing for international orders (about 20–27 business days total).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $179. Orders below that amount are charged a flat $6.95 shipping fee at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take 2–3 business days to show activity.
What is your return window?
30 calendar days from delivery for defective items and for change-of-mind returns on standard (non-personalized) jerseys.
Can I return a jersey with a custom name or number?
Personalized jerseys are made specifically for you, so they're not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind. If it arrives defective or wrong, it's still fully covered. Need a different size instead? Email Support@vikingswarehouse.com and we'll do our best to arrange a size exchange.
What condition does a returned item need to be in?
Unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered, with tags and original packaging attached.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We email you a free, prepaid return label once your return is approved.
Can I exchange for a different size or team?
Standard (non-personalized) items: yes, within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability. Personalized items: size exchange only — contact us by email.
How long do refunds take?
5–7 calendar days after we receive and inspect your return, refunded to your original payment method.
